Global Industry Councils

GCV Global Industry Councils were established to provide a platform for CVCs to connect and explore innovation and investment opportunities within a specific sector.

By bringing together leaders in a sector, each Council provides a unique opportunity for CVCs to benefit from the following:

• Exclusive social gatherings with sector peers
• Introductions to other CVCs investing in a specific sector
• Access to sector-specific thought leadership materials
• Co-investment deal opportunities
• Insights into sector market trends
• Thematic presentations and discussions to overcome sector challenges

GCV Global Councils regularly convene around the world at GCV conferences and forums, as well as online via webinars and digital events. They provide opportunities to connect and collaborate with fellow CVC and sector peers, as each Council provides a platform to discuss the most important issues and opportunities in their respective sector.  Council members serve for a two-year term and support GCV as members of the Leadership Society.
