Osage University Partners is looking to secure $350m for its fourth fund.

Osage University Partners, the US-based spinout-focused venture capital firm, is hoping to raise $350m for its fourth fund, a regulatory filing submitted last week has revealed. The firm does not appear to have secured any investment yet. The $350m target would make it the firm’s largest fund to date and sit signficantly above the size of its third fund, closed at $273m in 2019. Osage University Partners has approximately $600m under management and backs companies primarily in the US, but also internationally, through both exclusive and non-exclusive agreements with universities and accelerators.
