The cloud-based design platform has raised $100m from new and existing shareholders, but it is unclear if CNF Investments was among those that returned.
Ceros, a US-based digital content creation platform backed by CNF Investments, the investment firm affiliated with construction firm Clark Enterprises, picked up $100m in funding on Thursday.
Sumeru Equity Partners led the round, which also included unnamed members of Ceros’ management and undisclosed existing shareholders.
Founded in 2013, Ceros has created a cloud-based design software for brands and publishers to build immersive, scalable and interactive content without requiring any coding expertise.
