Venture capital firm MTI Partners has invested £2m ($3.1m) in Oxford Photovoltaics, a UK-based solar cell maker spun out of Oxford University and with exclusively license to the intellectual property developed by Dr. Henry Snaith and his academic team of 15 scientists.
