The US-based rental guaranty company backs another company in its market.

Nations Lease Rental Guaranty, a US-based rental guaranty company, has invested $1.5m to take a 38% stake in EZ Lease Rentals, another company in the rental guaranty market.

EZ Lease Rentals guarantees rents for landlords and helps landlords manage their risk when dealing with “credit challenged” leasers. About 1200 leaser use the service per year.

Nations Lease has reviewed EZ Lease Rentals financial statements since October last year, the companies said.
