Tbhe cybersecurity software provider, which counts SAP, Bank of Montreal, Singtel, NTT Docomo and Siemens, has now raised at least $111m in total.

GoSecure, a US-based cybersecurity technology producer backed by corporates SAP, Bank of Montreal, Singapore Telecommunications (Singtel), NTT Docomo and Siemens, has completed a $35m series E round.

The round was led by W Investment Group and included SAP National Security, a subsidiary of enterprise software provider SAP, as well as financial services firm Bank of Montreal and Razor’s Edge Ventures.

Founded in 2004 as NeurallQ and later known as CounterTack, GoSecure markets a managed detection and response-based cybersecurity software platform.
