HSBC, Mastercard and SBI Investment have returned to back the financial API provider’s latest round, having all taken part in its July series A.
US-based financial app development platform Episode Six received $30m in series B funding yesterday from investors including payment services firm Mastercard and financial services firms HSBC and SBI.
Investment firm Anthos Capital also contributed to the round, which lifted the company’s overall funding to $40m, while SBI participated through venture capital subsidiary SBI Investment.
