Issam Dairanieh, head of BP Ventures, has departed from its parent company after 18 years and more than a decade in corporate venturing.
Issam Dairanieh, is set to leave corporate venturing unit BP Ventures after more than four years as managing director, he revealed this week.
Dairanieh has led BP Ventures, the corporate venturing arm of petroleum company BP, since 2011, after spending almost two years as a venture director at the unit’s predecessor, BP Alternative Energy, where he set up a US branch.
