Mobile address application (app) EveryMe has received funding from firms including Tencent and Crunchfund.

US-based mobile address book developer Everyme secured $1.5m in financing yesterday frominternet company Tencent, venture capital firms Andreessen-Horowitz, Greylock Partners, SV Angel and Crunchfund, the fund set up by TechCrunch founder Michael Arrington, .

EveryMe was one of 63 companies to receive funding from startup accelerator Y Combinator in August. Y Combinator invests a small amount of money in a large number of companies twice a year, then works with them to organise their pitch to investors at Y Combinator’s Demo Day.
