GoPro declined to disclose the size of the investment by disney's Steamboat Ventures to news provider Wall Street Journal (WSJ) that revealed the round.
Woodman Labs, a US-based maker of the GoPro cameras (pictured on a helmet), is reportedly raising its first round of funding from outside investors, including Steamboat Ventures, the corporate venturing fund backed by media group Walt Disney.
