GoAhead raised its $3.3m in January 2002's series D round from venture capital firms Cedar Grove Investments, Columbia Capital and Voyager Capital and corporate venturing units from Motorola and Intel.
US-listed data storage provider Oracle is buying GoAhead Software, a maker of packaged service availability software for the communications industry, for an undisclosed amount.
GoAhead raised its $3.3m in January 2002’s series D round from venture capital firms Cedar Grove Investments, Columbia Capital and Voyager Capital and corporate venturing units from Motorola and Intel.
It had previously raised $8.5m in October 2009’s B round and a further $26m in August 2000 from the same consortium as well as investment bank Merrill Lynch.
