Désirée Heutschi will take over from Daniel Broger as head of corporate development, strategy and mergers and acquisitions at industrial group Orell Füssli at the end of this year.
Daniel Broger, head of corporate development, strategy and mergers and acquisitions at Switzerland-listed industrial group Orell Füssli, will leave next year to be replaced by Désirée Heutschi, former CEO of consultancy Swiss Startup Factory.
Founded 1519 as a book printer, Orell Füssli is now a diversified industrial and trading group with activities including bank note and security printing, book retail and industrial systems that are used in the individualisation of security documents and branded products.
