The rest of the 100: Susan Lyne, president at AOL Build Investment Fund
Susan Lyne took charge of a new investment fund for AOL backing women-focused companies this year.
The $10m-$12m ‘Build Fund’ focused on finding early-stage technology start-ups led by women. Before the role, Lyne had been chief executive of AOL’s brands group.
Prior to joining AOL In 2013, Lyne was chairman at online shopping website Gilt Groupe. Before Gilt she ran Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, the media and merchandising company founded by Martha Stewart.
