Intrasoft Technologies received funding from Intel Capital in 2007, and the corporate venturing unit has now sold a 5.1% stake in the listed company.

Intel Capital, the corporate venturing vehicle of chipmaker Intel, has sold a 5.1% stake in India-based e-commerce company Intrasoft Technologies, according to Medianama, which cited a regulatory filing.

Intrasoft provides back-end IT services to its e-commerce subsidiaries, such as 123Stores and greeting card retailer 123Greetings. Intel Capital invested an undisclosed sum in the company in 2007, and it floated on the National Stock Exchange of India three years later.
