University of Leeds spin-out Tissue joined the Alternative Investment Market in June 2010 through the reverse takeover of listed Oxeco.
Tissue Regenix, a UK-listed healthcare company spun out of the University of Leeds, is trying to raise £25m ($35m) through a share placing.
