Digitalsmiths, a video indexing and publishing technology provider, has bought Gotuit Media for an undisclosed sum.
Gotuit had received $16m of funding over two rounds from Kraft Group and venture capital firms Atlas Venture and Highland Capital Partners.
Digitalsmiths gained Cisco’s Media Solutions Group in January 2009 and $12m in its series B round in November 2008 from venture capital firms .406 Ventures, Chrysallis Ventures and Aurora Fund.
