New Oriental Education & Technology Group co-led the online education management platform's series B round with China Growth Capital.

China-based education management software developer Xiaoyang Edu has raised RMB150m ($22.3m) in a series B round co-led by educational services provider New Oriental Education & Technology Group.

The round was co-led by China Growth Capital and included participation from fellow venture capital firms Yunqi Partners and Ameba Capital, while New Oriental invested both directly and through a separate investment vehicle.
