US-based clean technology company Powerit Solutions appointed Kevin Klustner as chief executive officer (CEO) on 6 September. Klustner was previously co-founder of management consultancy firm Convergency Partners, in addition to being a published cleantech writer.
Powerit closed a $5m series C funding round in March led by venture capital firm Black Coral Capital, with participation from corporate venturing units Siemens Venture Capital and Arcelor Mittal’s Clean Technology Fund, and venture capital firms @Ventures and Expansion Capital Partners.
