Parse, graduate from accelerator Y Combinator, has raised $1.1m in its seed round from a consortium including search engine Google’s corporate venturing unit.
Alongside Google Ventures, were venture capital firms Y-Combinator, Menlo Ventures and Ron Conway’s SV Angel.
