Salesforce has returned to lead a series F round for the customer communications platform, bringing its overall funding to more than $140m.
NewVoiceMedia, the UK-based creator of a cloud customer communication service, has received $30m in a series F round led by Salesforce Ventures, the corporate venturing division of cloud computing company Salesforce.com.
The round also included BGF Ventures, the venture capital arm of UK government-mandated, bank-backed growth equity fund British Growth Fund, as well as Bessemer Venture Partners, Eden Ventures, Highland Capital Partners Europe and Technology Crossover Ventures.
