Germany-based games retailer and advertising network HitFox has started an incubator for game distribution business models and developed two companies.
Founded last month, HitFox Game Ventures’ latest incubatees are AppLift and Game Finder.
HitFox Game Ventures is backed by corporation-backed venture capital firms, such as Holtzbrinck Ventures and Tengelmann Ventures, family office Hasso Plattner Ventures (set up by the eponymous co-founder of software company SAP) and venture capital firms Digital Pioneers, Kite Ventures and Team Europe.
