Greencoat, a venture capital firm founded by Ireland-based utility ESB, has listed 260 million shares in a wind-focused fund on the London Stock Exchange.
Last month, Greencoat said it could raise up to £260m in Greencoat UK Wind, a fund where the money was pre-committed to buy wind farms in the UK.
Greencoat’s managing partners, Richard Nourse and Bertrand Gautier, own 150,000 shares in Greencoat UK Wind.
