After initially launching as Neil&Buzz in April, TGW Logistics has relaunched its CVC arm as TGW Logistics Ventures and will soon start investing.

TGW Logistics

TGW Logistics Group, an Austrian intralogistics company that develops warehouse systems, has announced that its CVC arm, TGW Logistics Ventures, has relaunched and will soon start investing.

The Vienna-based CVC was formed earlier this year as Neil&Buzz before changing its name. So far it has not announced any investments but has said that it will be targeting European technology startups that can disrupt the intralogistics industry, such as developers of SaaS solutions and robotics.

Its initial investment ticket size will go up to $896k, for startups ranging from the seed to series A stages.
