USAA, Samsung and UEM chipped in as Lumotive raised $13m, while Printpack and Braskem are exiting Nexus Circular in a $150m acquisition.

Cox Enterprises aqcuired US-based plastics recycling technology developer Nexus Circular for $150m. Nexus had raised undisclosed amounts from sustainable packaging producer Printpack in January 2022 and polyolefin provider Braskem the following month.
