Cloudscaling, a US-based provider of online hosting services, has raised $10m in its series B round from a consortium including technology peers Juniper Networks and Seagate.

The third member of the B round consortium was venture capital firm Trinity Ventures, which invested in Cloudscaling’s $4m A round in 2011.

Michael Grant, chief executive of Cloudscaling, previously held the same position at Redmojo, a data virtualization management company acquired by Novell, and Ejasent, an early infrastructure-as-a-service company acquired by Veritas.
