The Germany-based Berlin Startup Academy (BSA) is partnering with local phone operator Deutsche Telekom’s incubator to offer two startups €5,000 ($6,500) pre-seed cash each without having to give up equity.

They will need to be part of the BSA’s five-month, part-time training programme and spend the cash on their new company with the opportunity to set up at Deutsche Telekom’s Hub:raum incubator and apply for its €150,000 in seed money.

The BSA programme starts October 27.
