Baidu Ventures reinvested in the 3D mapping services provider through a $14.5m series B-plus round led by Guangfa Qianhe Investments.

China-based spatial data technology developer Airlook has secured RMB100m ($14.5m) in series B-plus funding from investors including internet group Baidu, China Money Network has reported.

Investment firm Guangfa Qianhe Investments led the round, which also featured asset manager Ivy Capital and venture capital firm GGV Capital. Baidu participated through its Baidu Ventures subsidiary.

Founded in 2015, Airlook provides 3D mapping services, relying on data captured by unmanned aerial vehicles and processed by its software platform.
