University of Louisville has created a new office, UofL Ventures, that will be responsible for establishing and supporting spinouts.
The office will be located within the Office of Research and Innovation and will be led by Will Metcalf, associate vice-president for research development and strategic partnerships.
UofL Ventures’ leadership also includes Jessica Sharon, director of innovation programmes, and Will Fortune, programme director for the National Security Innovation Network.
