United Talent Agency and content partner Walt Disney Company have taken part in a $10m round for sports statistics platform StatMuse.
StatMuse, a US-based online service that allows users to analyse and visualise basketball statistics, has raised $10m from investors including entertainment and media conglomerate Walt Disney Company, TechCrunch has reported.
The round also featured talent agency United Talent Agency, Allen & Company, Greycroft Partners, Promus Ventures, Haas Portman, Deep Fork Capital, Bee Partners and former NBA commissioner David Stern. StatMuse was a 2015 graduate of Disney Accelerator, the accelerator initiative run by Walt Disney and accelerator Techstars.
