The biodiesel spin-off from West Central Cooperative has at least four corporate backers.
Renewable Energy Group, backed by corporates including Ares Corporation, Bunge, West Central Cooperative and ED&R Man Holdings, has filed to raise $100m in its flotation.
Renewable Energy Group said on its website it was the largest biodiesel producer "with a nationwide distribution and logistics system".
It is unclear how much capital the company has raised but when it spun off from its former parent energy company, West Central Cooperative, it raised $100m, according to its Securities and Exchange Commission…
