Cisco Investments participated a series A round for the cyber defence training provider that was led by Energy Impact Partners.

US-based cybersecurity training software developer RangeForce has raised $16m in a series A round backed by Cisco Investments, the corporate venturing arm of networking technology company Cisco.

Venture capital firm Energy Impact Partners led the round, which included Paladin Capital Group and Trind Ventures. It came after a $1.5m seed round in May 2019 that was led by Trind Ventures and backed by Paladin Capital.
