Robert Li, former vice president of venture investing at Citi Ventures, will lead business operations and strategy at Parafin.

Robert Li has left his role as vice president of venture investing at Citi Ventures, the corporate VC arm of the US investment bank, to join Parafin, a financial services company for small businesses, as business operations and strategy lead.
Li spent over three years at Citi Ventures where he was responsible for scouting fintech investments
Prior to joining Citi Ventures, Li managed early-stage investments in fintech and crypto startups at VC firm Lerer Hippeau. Prior to that, he oversaw US fintech investments at cross-border venture fund Draper Dragon.
The Citi Ventures team was founded in 2010 and is structured to invest on behalf of Citi’s US personal wealth, banking and client organisations, with a focus on fintech, enterprise security, digital assets and generative AI.
