The educational data analytics platform developer had raised almost $5m across two early-stage rounds from investors including Samsung Ventures.
Electronics producer Samsung has exited US-based student performance softwtare provider LearnSprout through an acquisition by computing company Apple, according to Bloomberg.
Founded in 2012, LearnSprout produces software that enables schools to use data analytics to better understand student information, helping them to track and act on trends covering segments or the whole of their student population.
