Comcast Ventures was among the participants in the first funding round closed by sleep tracker developer Eight.
US-based smart bedding startup Eight closed a $6m seed round on Wednesday featuring Comcast Ventures, the corporate venturing unit of media and cable service Comcast.
Other investors in the round included Y Combinator, Yunqi Partners, Azure Capital, Cota Capital, Vast Ventures, Stanford University, Galvanize Ventures and angel investor Jared Friedman.
