Peer-to-peer property rental marketplace NoBroker has followed $3m of series A funding last year with a $10m round co-led by Digital Garage.

India-based peer-to-peer property rental site NoBroker has completed a $10m series B round co-led by internet company Digital Garage and venture capital firm Beenext, TechCrunch reported yesterday.

The round also included VC fund Qualgro, VC firm SAIF Partners and Mamoru Taniya, founder of Japan-based financial services and advisory group Asuka Holdings.

NoBroker’s platform connects homeowners and potential tenants to remove the need for a broker, stripping out their associated additional charges. Operating in Banaglore, Mumbai, Chennai and Pune, it claims…
