Reverse merger

Nasdaq-listed special purpose acquisition company Anzu Special Acquisition Corp I agreed to merge with Envoy Medical Corporation, a US-based developer of treatments for the hearing impaired that counts hearing aid provider Starkey Hearing Technologies as an investor. Starkey provided $10m for a $16.4m round in 2010 that lifted Envoy Medical’s total funding to $140m.
