Corporate-backed WVV Capital helped paediatric health startup Bend Health raise $32m while Snowflake contributed to a $28m round for data collaboration platform Hex.

Collaborative product development platform Bamboo Rose has acquired US-based consumer product software provider Backbone PLM for an undisclosed amount, allowing Novel TMT Ventures, the venture capital firm formed by backed by telecommunications company Novel, to exit. Novel TMT backed the company’s $18m series A round in 2019.

Bend Health, a US-based provider of youth and family-oriented remote behavioural healthcare, has raised $32m in seed and series A fudnding, with the latter round including WVV Capital, a partnership formed by corporates Advocate Aurora Health, Foxconn, Johnson Controls and Northwestern Mutual. The series A also featured Maveron and SteelSky Ventures.
