African Tech Vision helps female founders to build scaleable tech businesses.
Sohaila Ouffata has left her role as managing director at BMW i Ventures Europe, the corporate venture capital arm of luxury carmaker BMW, to join African climate tech nonprofit African Tech Vision.
Ouffata was managing director at BMW i Ventures Europe for just under a decade. She also served on the global team as director of platform throughout her time there.
African Tech Vision, founded by Ouffata, offers a 10-week programme to help African female climate tech entrepreneurs scale their early-stage businesses.
Ouffata was previously featured in a GCV piece celebrating CVC women in the DACH region.
