3TS Cisco Growth Fund will invest up to PLN12m ($4.2m) in Rankomat.pl, Poland's largest online insurance aggregator.
3TS Capital Partners, a growth capital private equity firm for central and eastern Europe, will invest up to PLN12m ($4.2m) in Rankomat.pl, Poland’s largest online insurance aggregator.
The investment will come from the 3TS Cisco Growth Fund, which was launched in December 2007 backed by computer server company Cisco as anchor investor to invest between €1m and €4m in growth capital.
In return for a minority stake, 3TS said it would invest the PLN12m over the next 12 months.
