The business data aggregation startup secured the cash in a round backed by CNF Investments, an affiliate of construction and asset management firm Clark Enterprises.

CircleBack, a US-based company that aggregates business contact data, has raised $12m from four investors including CNF Investments, an affiliate of construction and asset management group Clark Enterprises.

The round was led by venture capital firm TDF Ventures and also featured private equity firm Grotech Ventures and VC firm Syncom Venture Partners.
