Citrix, Foxconn and Nokia have supported a series B round closed by Cedexis alongside debt financing from French state-owned bank BPIfrance.

US-based web traffic management technology developer Cedexis closed a $22m series B round on Tuesday that included contract manufacturer Foxconn, virtualisation software provider Citrix Systems and communications technology producer Nokia.

The round was led by venture capital firm Ginko Ventures, while fellow VC firms Advanced Technology Ventures and Madrona Ventures also contributed capital. Nokia invested through its Nokia Growth Partners unit.

French state-owned investment bank BPIfrance provided an additional $770,000 in the form of a business development loan.
