UK bank takes 12.75% stake in Indian outsourcer having originally sold out in 2007.

UK-listed Barclays Bank has reinvested in SKR BPO Services, an India-based holding company of business process outsourcing group Intelenet Global Services, by acquiring a 12.75% stake.

Barclays had previously sold its stake in the company in 2007 and bought back into the group from existing shareholders, which include private equity firm Blackstone Group and local mortgage provider HDFC.
