The DevSecOps software developer received $15m in a series A round led by Tencent and backed by existing investor Sequoia China.

Internet group Tencent has led a $15m series A round for China-based cybersecurity technology developer XMirror that included venture capital firm Sequoia Capital China, DealStreetAsia reported yesterday.

XMirror provides cybersecurity software focused on DevSecOps, a system where responsibility for security is shared by each member of a software application development team from the start of the process, instead of by a dedicated team at the end.
