Aedhmar Hynes, former CEO of digital communications agency Text100, will join IP Group as an independent director on August 1.
Aedhmar Hynes (pictured) is set to join the board of commercialisation firm IP Group as an independent non-executive director on August 1.
Hynes was previously CEO of digital communications agency Text100, where she led consulting for brands focused on the marketing impacts of digital transformation and technology disruption.
She remains on the advisory council of MIT Media Lab. a research institute at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and is chairman of the trustee board at communications leadership body Page Society, as well as a board director at entrepreneurship in developing nations program TechnoServe.
Hynes is also a member of National University of Ireland’s US Foundation Board and is a Henry Crown fellow at nonprofit think tank Aspen Institute. She was recognised in 2018 as one of the 50 most powerful communications professionals in a ranking compiled by trade paper PRWeek.
