IgGenix, a US-based developer of an antibody-based approach to food allergies based on research at Stanford University, has raised $25m in an oversubscribed series A1 round co-led by Khosla Ventures and Matthias Westman.
Alexandria Venture Investments, the venture capital unit of life sciences real estate investment trust Alexandria Real Estate Equities, also took part in the round together with ShangBay Capital and AllerFund.
