Funding shines on University of Johannesburg solar venture

South Africa-based development agency Industrial Development Corporation reportedly backs a joint venture between the University of Johannesburg's Photovoltaic Technology Intellectual Property company and listed Germany-based renewable energy company Singulus Technologies.

South Africa’s Industrial Development Corporation has reportedly invested R100m ($12.1m) in a joint venture between the University of Johannesburg’s Photovoltaic Technology Intellectual Propertycompany and listed Germany-based renewable energy company Singulus Technologies, according to news provider Business Day.
