Sightcorp, a Netherlands-based artificial intelligence-based marketing technology spinout of University of Amsterdam, has been acquired by adtech producer Raydiant. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. Sightcorp’s offering enables advertisers to gain insights into digital out-of-home media by capturing people’s reactions anonymously on camera.
