Chromologics, a Denmark-based developer of natural food colourants spun out of Technical University of Denmark, has raised €1.9m ($2.3m) in a seed round led by pharmaceutical firm Novo’s early-stage investment arm Novo Seeds. The round also featured Nordic FoodTech VC and Vækstfonden, and the capital will support development of the company’s first colourant, ChromoRed.
