Colorado State University launches spin-off job-matching platform Jobzology.

Jobzology, a recruitment platform that matches employees to an employer’s culture, has been spun-out from the Colorado State University (CSU). Jobzology uses scientific data to deduct which workplaces would be best suited to the platform’s job-seekers which measures employee satisfaction and organisational culture. The technology was licensed by the University’s commercialisation unit CSU Ventures, and developed by CSU psychology professors Bryan Dik and Kurt Kraiger. Eric Leftwich, Jobzology chief revenue officer and Colorado State alumnus, said: “We help organizations measure how employees feel about the culture they’re building and provide them data about whether employees are satisfied with, and committed and loyal to, the company, the culture, their job and their role.”
