Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona's investment subsidiary has backed four healthcare startups since its launch a year ago.
Trinnovate Ventures, the corporate venturing unit of health insurance provider Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, has revealed four investments made since its launch in 2015.
The four companies include Aco Partner, a joint venture between Trinnovate and healthcare company McKesson, which is offering a range of services around care management, population health technology and physician engagement. Aco aims to reduce costs while improving patient experience.
